Before the teeth start to fall out, come and make a beautiful Tooth Fairy Rock Plate. An easy 1 & 1/2 hour clay workshop. We will first make a plate with a slab of clay and a pinch pot with a ball of clay which is then attached to the plate. Next we decorate with stamps and underglazes. Your pottery needs to completely dry out before they are placed in the kiln for its first firing, joining pots together can take a little longer than most, needs to be slowly dried so there are no cracks where it is joined, I then apply a clear glaze as well as some smashed glass which gives a lovely effect of water on the plate around the rock. It then goes in for a second firing, so can take anywhere up to 3 to 4 weeks before it is ready to go home. Cost is $70 for 2 people
