Service Description

This class is for students who are already experiencing and for those who wish to experience the therapeutic benefits or working with clay at Simply D Ceramics. For those returning we will be moving on to larger forms, sets and working off the hump in preparation for lidded vessels and spouts. Yes if you are game we might tackle the teapot, For students new to clay we will cover the fundamental of handbuilding and the wheel. Course includes clay, in which we have a huge variety, Walkers PB103 Fine white stoneware and Special Stoneware, Ironstone, Stoneware 33, BRT, Dark Stoneware, Buff Raku Sandy, White Raku, Mayco glazes and a selection of oxides and underglazes. All work is fired to stoneware. Total Cost $600 (GST included) Simply book in to secure your spot. Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class starting.

Please be sure of your booking as our policy is no refunds and no credits. If your miss a class the only time to make this up will be on Saturday mornings at an extra cost.
